Due to the new US customs regulations requiring duties and taxes on all commercial imports, Singapore Post has stopped accepting commercial small packages to the US with effective from August 25, 2025. Businesses and individuals must now use premium Speedpost Express services to comply with the new US customs requirements. But, believe us when we tell you that you are not going to pay for that kind of shipping cost for just a few seed pods. So, for all our US customers that have supported us in the past, it is with great regret that we will no longer be shipping to the US for the time being until further notice.
For Overseas Delivery
1. You will enjoy free shipping for orders S$40 or more. If the total is below $40, please add an additional S$11.90 to your payment for Registered Airmail with tracking shipping cost.
2. We accept payment by PayPal, Stripe, and Wise.
3. We use only Singapore Post and not any other courier services to ship your orders. The delivery of your order and any dispute arising out of such delivery is subject to the terms and condition under Singapore Post. You can read about their Terms Of Use from this link "HERE"
4. We post out your order at 6.pm the same day you fully paid for your ordered. Order received after 3.pm will be posted out on the next working day by 6.pm.
5. If your order exceeded the 2kg mark, we will have to use SpeedPost services for your shipping. You can read about the international rates speedpost is charging and countries they are covering "HERE"
