The new Trump administration eliminated the "de minimis" tariff exemption, which previously allowed international shipments valued at $800 or less to enter the US duty-free. Now, all shipments, regardless of value, are subject to tariffs (ranging from 10% to 50%) and require formal customs clearance and advance duty payments.
For Singapore case, the tariff stands at 10%, and the sender will be charged the applicable duties and taxes under the Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) option anywhere from 10 to 15%. You read correctly, we will pay for this custom & duty tax.
All your orders can only be ship by using Singapore Post Speed Post services, and the maximum carton box size will be limited to 60cm(L)x40cm(D)x30cm(H). The smaller the carton box, the cheaper the shipping cost will be for you.
We accept payment by PayPal and will send you an invoice before I ship. There will be a 4.8% charges on the total as that is exactly how much PayPal rip-off from us.
For Overseas Delivery
1. You will enjoy free shipping for orders S$40 or more. If the total is below $40, please add an additional S$11.90 to your payment for Registered Airmail with tracking shipping cost.
2. We accept payment by PayPal, Stripe, and Wise.
3. We use only Singapore Post and not any other courier services to ship your orders. The delivery of your order and any dispute arising out of such delivery is subject to the terms and condition under Singapore Post. You can read about their Terms Of Use from this link "HERE"
4. We post out your order at 6.pm the same day you fully paid for your ordered. Order received after 3.pm will be posted out on the next working day by 6.pm.
5. If your order exceeded the 2kg mark, we will have to use SpeedPost services for your shipping. You can read about the international rates speedpost is charging and countries they are covering "HERE"
